Perfil
Lake "Millstätter See" is surrounded by great mountain ranges. It lies in the south of Carinthia. Here are the most beautiful natural shores of the country. In summer the water warms up to 27°C, it is called "The Adria of … Carinthia". Due to its central location, a lot of opportunities for day-trips and hiking-tours to the surrounding "Nockberge" (mountains) with their mountain roads, cable cars and chairlifts. Carinthia is known for its Mediterranean climate because it lies south of the main ranges of the Alps. Therefore, the summers are very warm. Our camp site with an area of 8ha, surrounded by bushes and trees, remote from traffic, is only 100m away from the shore of Millstätter See. Washbasins, showers and toilets for children, a nursing room for babies, a room for handicapped people, washbasins, dishwashers, washing-machines, dryers, facilities for ironing, a drying area, floor heating, a shower for dogs, showers, toilets, bathtubs; supermarket; Ponies, Haflinger, arena for horse-riding, football-ground, beach-volleyball ground, street-basketball ground, disco "Almstub´n", area for events, music pavilion, solarium, fully automatic massage bed, up-to-date bowling lane, nudist beach, sunny terrace, information centre, access to WWW, car-wash-vacuum cleaners for the car, training area for mountain bikers, room for young people, cinema.
